According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, this shift will reduce the reliance on cloud processing, emphasizing privacy and speed by handling all AI computations directly on the iPhone. The move to on-device AI aligns with Apple’s ongoing efforts to enhance user experience through swift and secure processing.
